Sirius SPB1 Sportster Boombox This instant


I bought the Lifetime Subscription from Sirius and have used it for several years now. The ONLY good thing about Sirius is the programming. The equipment is junk (especially this boombox....which just dies without warning). It is so frustrating having to constantly deal with Sirius' Customer Dis-Service all the time trying to get your equipment fixed. Between the enormous wait times to actually get to speak to someone, the CSRs who are completely unsympathetic to how awful the product is, and the time aggravation of boxing, shipping, and tracking your returns (and you better track them because they will lose it and then tell you that they know nothing about it) you will become disgusted too.
Anyone who raves about the products from Sirius are "newbies" who just got the service or item. I was one of them once. They will change their minds in due course. Once their item breaks (and it absolutely will break within a year..... maybe 18 months), and their replacement breaks, and then that replacement breaks, and then the newer model (upgrade?) breaks......... they will realize the pain of us long-standing customers. Sirius/XM is intentionally seeking to destroy itself with garbage product and with garbage service. They have no one but themselves to blame. I'm on my 3rd boombox and it's shot after 6 months. I'm on my 4th Sportster Replay unit in 5 years.
So commit yourself with care. Get as good a deal as you can because the operational life of all this junk is short.Get more detail about Sirius SPB1 Sportster Boombox.
